Can I take a test drive before subscribing?

Sure, we are happy to organize a demo call for you to have a look at our test account with dummy data. Drop us a line and we’ll make an appointment!

I lost the link to my dashboard. Where is it?

You can access your dashboard by logging in here: https://console.adtriba.com/login

I forgot my password. What do I do next?

Go to your dashboard, click on “Forgot your password?”, and enter your email address. You will receive an email from us within a few minutes to reset your password.

How do I track data on several domains?

If you have several domains, you need to create one project per domain. Click on the database icon in the top right corner of your dashboard to create a new project. Remember to integrate its own tracking snippet.

How many users can use AdTriba per account?

You can have as many users (seats) as you want. Without extra fees.

Why is there no algorithmic data yet?

It takes time for your algorithm to be created. Allow 2 to 4 weeks until it is ready. Follow the steps as described in your introduction email (also available here)

 

 

Attribution & Cross-Device Analytics

What is marketing attribution?

Marketing attribution is about measuring the impact of each advertising touchpoint in a customer journey. You can read more about marketing attribution on our blog.

What is my current attribution model?

By default, attribution is based on last-click (in Google Analytics or AdWords for example). This means only the last ad clicked is taken into account.

Why is algorithmic attribution better?

Algorithmic attribution (or data-driven attribution) considers all touch points in the customer journey. It also uses big data to determine the exact value of each touch point. This gives you accurate insights into the role of each ad, whether performing well or not.

How is AdTriba different from existing solutions?

AdTriba is by far the solution that is the easiest to use and the quickest to implement. We are 100% transparent about our attribution modeling algorithm. If you’re interested, we’ll even let you take a peek into our python code. We don’t want to provide our clients with a “data science black box”. Instead, we want to build a trusting relationship. Last but not least, we are extremely cost-efficient.

Will you help me with setting up my AdTriba account?

Setting up your account is very easy. However, we do help you out with the first few weeks until the algorithm is running properly and we are always here afterward for any support you may need.

What do I have to do to integrate AdTriba?

  1. Implement AdTriba’s on-site tracking code into your website, ideally via a tag manager. This is similar to integrating Google Analytics.
  2. Enable automatic cost-upload through APIs via one-click integration.
  3. Done!

Does AdTriba consider display ad impressions and view-through conversions?

Yes, with our impression tracking display views and view through conversions are tracked and integrated into our attribution model. Our display impressions tracking is certified by Google and Yahoo!, so it can be integrated into every ad network and DSP (demand-side platform). To
set this up, your DSP, or display ad network, will integrate AdTriba impressions tracking codes into your creatives.

Which attribution model does AdTriba use for marketing attribution?

AdTriba uses a data-driven attribution modeling approach (sometimes called data-driven algorithmic). We apply AI (artificial intelligence) and machine learning based algorithms to the user journeys to calculate attribution models for each client individually. These attribution models are updated every night. Check this video to find out more about our attribution models and how it works.

How does AdTriba’s cross-device tracking work?

We use deterministic cross-device tracking through our user identity tracking. Through our cross-device user pool, we enhance user journey by including information from anonymous and comparable users. You can read about cross-device tracking in details in this article.

Is email tracking possible?

Yes, we can track clicks, opens of email, and consider them as part of the user journey.

What are the requirements for TV attribution?

Once our on-site tracking is in place, we only need the exact broadcasting schedule for every TV spot.

How long does it take until the algorithm is ready?

It takes between 2 and 4 weeks to build the algorithm, however, you can see data from day 1.

Can you track offline touch points?

We also deliver offline attribution as part of our enterprise package.

How much money will I save if I use AdTriba?

It’s difficult to give a number, but here’s an idea. Think of it as a tool that will reduce your ad spending while increasing your ROAS (return on ad spending.) It’s more about spending better than spending less.

How often are the metrics updated?

We update the data every night.

Cost Integrations

Which ad networks do you support?

We support all ad networks. With the manual cost uploader, you can keep your ad spend up-to-date, no matter which ad network you work with. In the case of AdWords, the data is automatically updated via API.

 

Mobile Integrations

Do you have mobile SDKs (software development kit) for in-app tracking?

No, but we work in partnership with AppsFlyer and Adjust to track in-app customer journeys.

 

 

Payment and Billing

How much does AdTriba cost?

We have very competitive packages you can choose from here.

Are the monthly fees flat or are there any extra costs (such as performance-based)?

No matter how successful your advertising campaigns are, there are no extra costs. We charge a flat monthly rate and there are no bad surprises.

How am I charged?

You wire the money to our account at the end of the month.

Where are my invoices?

We send you an invoice via email at the end of each month. If you need a copy of an older invoice, simply let us know.

I need to change my billing address.

Let your contact person know via email, we will take care of it.
